Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, support topic, message, and order or transaction reference. To arrange a license, we may also need your chosen radio call sign or account name and whether you use Android or iPhone. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or security codes.
Support tickets
The Submit Ticket form is provided by Zoho Desk. Submitting it sends your name, email address, subject, message, and any attachments you choose to provide to our support ticketing system. Zoho Desk stores the request and correspondence so POCVOX can track and respond to your issue. Ticket acknowledgments and replies are sent by email. The embedded form may process technical information and use service cookies under Zoho’s privacy practices.
How the contact enquiry form works
The contact form prepares a message in your email application. Selecting Submit enquiry does not send a message directly from this website. You must review and send the email in your email application. The website does not save the form contents to a customer database. Once you send your message, it is handled by your email provider and our business email service, Zoho Mail.
Purchases and license delivery
Checkout takes place on PayPal. PayPal collects and processes payment and buyer information under its own terms and privacy statement. We use the order and customer details made available to us, and any details you send separately, to identify payments, set up licenses, email instructions, and provide support. This static website does not collect or store full payment-card details. License setup and email delivery are handled by POCVOX; they are not automatically performed by the website.
Website hosting and technical information
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Its infrastructure may process technical information, including IP addresses, request details, and browser or device information, to deliver and protect the site. The POCVOX site does not include advertising trackers or a separate analytics script. The embedded Zoho Desk support form is a third-party service and may use its own service cookies and technical data. Hosting and security services may process technical data under their own policies. PayPal and other linked services may use cookies when you visit them.
How we use and share information
We use customer information to respond to enquiries, process and match purchases, activate accounts, deliver licenses and instructions, provide support, and maintain relevant business records. We do not sell customer information. Information may be handled by payment, hosting, email, and service providers as needed for these purposes, or disclosed when legally required. Network use through the Gxin app is also subject to the app provider’s own practices; this policy does not describe all data processing within that third-party app.
Retention and your choices
We retain correspondence and order or activation records as needed to provide the requested service and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided by contacting support@pocvox.com. We will consider your request under applicable law; some records may need to be kept for legal, transaction, or service reasons. You may choose not to provide optional information, although information needed to fulfill a purchase or support request may still be necessary.
Security and third-party services
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Use the official PayPal checkout for payment details and keep passwords private. The following providers publish their own privacy information:
